DC backlog & stock sync
Draft DCs that were made from the paper register can only be posted when the store has the stock. This page shows which drafts can be posted now, which items are missing, and whether each missing item should come from another store (transfer) or from a register purchase (GRN).
Post the DCs that already have stock
Posts drafts oldest first, so earlier dispatches use the stock first. Drafts that are still short are skipped, not changed.
Bring in the missing stock
Transfer when another store already has it. Register GRN for purchases written in the paper register (use the bill date). Do not use Stock Adjustment for purchases.

Post the rest, then count
After the GRNs and transfers are posted, use step 1 again. When no drafts are left, do one physical count and correct any difference with a single Stock Adjustment.
